An inclusive school is one that caters for all aspects of schooling for all students using the UDL Principles: Multiple means of representation, expression and engagement.  This resource is designed to help schools identify their strengths and areas needing improvement, in order to review current practice, implement positive, evidence-based and constructive change, and measure progress over time.  The tool asks staff to reflect on whole-school practice in the areas of student engagement, assessment, pedagogy (including differentiated practice), use of data, learning environments and resources, school organisation, professional development, community engagement and culture.
